✔️ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Customized or altered items.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer size or product exchanges subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or replacement.
  • Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after inspection.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
